It measures 1 15/16” tall and 11 9/16” in diameter from handle to handle. The piece is in great overall condition with signs of wear consistent with its age and use (scattered light surface wear; scattered fading to gilding; small chip just above base on outer edge; hairline on right side from the handle to the shamrock (see pics)).
